Every time shortage of rice, cheese, veggie fajita and you ask for something, you will feel like you asked for their property. Oh by d way today i learn chicken quesadilla and cheese quesadilla sell for same price $11.45 something.. wow. They dont have enough food. Within staff miscommunication not even coordinating within them selves empty food containers. Total waste of money

I live locally and prefer the chipotle in Newark over this one. Who manages this place? Tables need to be cleaned and things need to be restocked. I’ve ordered online for pickup a few times and my bowl isn’t how it is when I order in person it’s like empty when I asked for extra of certain things. They run out of chips sometimes and it’s early like make more? Also today the employee had a comment in Spanish to her coworker about my friends and I smelling like smoke. Pretty bad customer service

Girl w/curly hair and glasses super stingy with giving extra cheese to lady's, but don't mind giving extra guacamole to guys! Had to ask her 3 times, just so she sprinkle some over my food! Also she is super nasty as she cleans the counter with her gloves and goes right back to serving food ?.ALSO FOOD WAS ROTTEN TODAY!!

As I stand in line it’s not even 9 pm they close at 11 the girl behind me asked for rice and corn and they said they are out . There’s way too many workers behind the counter for this always to be the case . The manager needs to get it together over there

I stopped in after shopping at BJ's, there wasn't many ppl inside on a rainy day. Service was polite and speedy. I didn't like the fact that I was asked to pay for an extra dressing (that's nearly full) for my Veggie Salad, I must add that this is the most I've paid for a Veggie Salad this year from the whole Chipotle franchise.(W/O the extra 1.50 for extra salad dressings) I don't come in often, but if I was hungry and in the area. I'd stop in again.

I was at the Newark Chipotle on Broad St. In a line that was ridiculous. They announced, " No more chicken." I googled the nearest Chipotle? Kearney was the nearest. Off I went. To my surprise, it was a long line but organized!! It took 15-20 minutes in total.This will be my go-to spot moving forward. And I live in "Newark" The food and service was great.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

Didn’t know this Chipotle closes at 8pm?? All the essential ingredients seem to be missing a second after ?An 11pm closing time is such a deception, can we at least correctly estimate how much food will actually necessary to withstand the demand for the given time you falsely advertise? It’s common sense guys, please tell the manager here to take some notes from the Bloomfield Chipotle manager.

So look… I don’t leave negative reviews but I walked in at 10:40pm, 20 mins before closing and was told there’s no rice, ok no problem what about a tortilla? Nope. So what exactly can I get off the menu? A bowl with meat and lettuce. The meat beef and pork that was left. No guac either btw. So I wouldn’t say don’t come here but don’t come here before closing. Oh yeah staff was cool tho, gave me a free large drink.

Came for lunch around 12:30 and ordered a protien bowl which consisted of : Double chicken, lettuce/spinach, tomato salsa and guac.Stomach was in severe pain around 6 at night. From that point on i had severe cramps, chills, shaking and projectile vomiting and severe diarrhea for the next 12-18 hours. This was the only thing i had eaten that day. Will never go to chipotle agian. Was the worst sickness ive ever had in my life. Already reported this business and hope this gets rectified so others will not have the same experience as me. It is now 4 days later and my stomach and body still ache. Read this review and save yourself.
