The ladies that was serving the meals today at about 8 pm was not nice individual and when asked a question they find it very funny laughing after you it was just a nasty experience I will not go back to this branch
I love the food but I called them because I thought I dropped my credit card on the floor there and they just hung up the phone on me when I called (after the third attempt, because they simply didn’t pick up the phone the first two times or subsequent two times).
VERONICA at this location was phenomenal. She really made my day after a terrible day. She communicated with me immediately what was available. She was nice, sweet,
considerate and just all around amazing. Def need a raise !

Chipotle Mexican Grill on Broad St. in Newark offers speedy service with polite staff. The food is amazing, and the smoky, savory flavors of the dishes leave customers craving more. While extra dressing for the Veggie Salad comes at a cost, the food is worth it, especially the steak and chicken chipotle bowl. The Kearney location, although busy, provides organized service, making it a go-to spot for many. The place was very dirty. The quality and quantity of food is subpar.
