It is a rarity that I have a negative experience at a Jersey Mike's, but here is one. Recently I went to this Jersey Mike's at Kearny Commons and ordered the Ham Provolone and Cappacuolo sub. Because of time constraints, I had to take it to go. When I got home, much to my dismay, I found my sub missing the Cappacuolo. This left me with a bland Ham and Provolone sub with not much ham to begin with. If I wanted something like that, I could have just stayed home and made it myself....read full review
Giving it two stars because the food is normally good. I frequent this place often but the last two times that I went the workers there were not friendly at all and acted like they didn’t want to be there. This very last time that I went there today, there was a cashier and she didn’t even say hello. There were no other customers. The staff are not very friendly. When I walked in no one asked if I needed help even though I walked up to the counter until several minutes later. This location also frequently is not accepting orders from the jersey Mike's app. Owners should realize many prefer to order in the app to customize their order exactly how they like it and to cut down on errors/mistakes. Please address the disabling of the mobile app orders.
