Smoked Turkey Breast hand sliced to order. Seasoned Texas style with just salt and pepper and finished with with honey butter.
Carolina Style Pulled Pork
Hand pulled to order. seasoned with our Que rub and a splash of Carolina style pepper vinegar.

Brined and pepper encrusted, salty, smokey beef. Hand sliced to order.

Always over cooked were you taste burnt food.and it’s burnt outside of meat. the food is over priced. Quantity is small for the price. Measurements on the meats are always under the weight

Everything was DELICIOUS! I had the half chicken with potato salad and my boyfriend had the brisket sandwich with mac n cheese 😋 Staff is super friendly, portions are big! Their pickled onions are 10/10!! They have other pickled veggies but my eyes ZOOMED on the onions 😂 will definitely come back again

Ordered a combo with Brisket, Jalapeno cheese sausage, and Pork spareribs. Everything was real good. The Brisket was a bit greasy, I would have enjoyed leaner version, but the sausage was really good, I mean, really good! Ribs were also spot on. We got the baked beans but quickly realized that the Mac and cheese is a locals favorite. Thanks guys and keep up the good smokin'!
