ordered 2 small iced lattes and a coffee roll. Both lattes tasted awful like the beans were brewed last week. coffee roll had mold on it too. the cashier was very nice but looked stressed as if they were understaffed

Although the staff might be nice, the regular coffee blend is completely watered down, it’s terrible. It’s like having hot water with a splash of milk and a smaller splash of coffee. This should be worked on, other Dunkin’ Donuts don’t have this issue. Hope this helps.

I've been coming here for years and am a dunkin member. I never had an issue until recently they were 20 mins before closing, I just wanted thier Signature drink and the guy (Mexican) did not want to make me a drink he said "the machine is closed get another drink". I said, "ok." I asked for another drink, and he looked back and looked at me and said "no" He's not doing the foam. (It was pure laziness) He then replied, I could go to another Dunkin that was much further away. Which is ridiculous, just for one drink. Anyway, I called Dunkin custom service, and they said, the workers are supposed to make the drink/drinks as long as the doors are opened, they are NOT supposed to refuse a customer! I don't normally come late, but I was having an awful day and wanted something comforting my favorite drink. I worked in jobs like that before and i've always helped people, no matter what the situation. Horrible young employee bad service and, he needs to be watched be a manager and retrained.

I gave it 4 stars because I’ve never been to a Dunkin Donuts where they did not have pepper. I had an egg and cheese. Asked for a pepper packet and was told they don’t have pepper in the store at all. Very odd. My coffee is a bit weak. The staff is friendly. The atmosphere is clean. General DD atmosphere

Management at this Dunkin’ is incredibly friendly and enjoyable to talk to. Their positive attitude enhances the overall experience, making visits to Dunkin a delight. It's refreshing to have such a pleasant interaction with the manager and the kids working, adding a touch of warmth to the Dunkin experience.
It was my first time visiting Dunkin’,and I really liked the service. Gurmeet her name was ig, the manager, was really nice. Definitely on the top my favourite restaurants.
