The best little cupcake place ever and Charles is the best!!! The cupcakes are so delicious. We drive over an hour to get them.

While Pinkie’s cupcake cafe is beautifully decorated one should always remember looks can be deceiving. Back in September I was celebrating my birthday and the normal place I get cupcakes from was closed do to damages from flooding and when I looked up other places Pinkie’s popped up and it had good reviews. When my husband and I arrived we immediately were blown away at the decore and attention to detail the owner had taken to decorating the cafe. Surely someone who takes such time and detail on the appearance of their establishment must put forth the same effort in their baking. Boy was I wrong. The gentleman that assisted us was pleasant bringing the cupcakes to us to view and everything but that’s where the fun ended. After showing us the cupcakes he boxed them up and called us over to pay. My initial reaction to the prices was immediately to calm myself so what these cupcakes are 2x more expensive then my normal place look at how beautiful this place is surely the cupcakes will be worth it. So I pay and head home to change and get ready for my birthday party. Upon arriving to my birthday location we go to plate the cupcakes on the cake table only to realize that the cupcakes have been ruined. You see they boxed them in cupcake containers to large so all the frosting was cut off by the part of the container that is suppose to hold the cupcakes up so that the frosting doesn’t get messed up. The second thing I realized was that this was probably also not helped by the fact that these cupcakes were super super heavy. I mean they had to weight at least a pound if not more and that’s a lot for a cupcake. So after trying to salvage what I could of them we tried them and they were absolutely the WORST cupcakes I have ever had. They were dry heavy flavorless flour rocks… I was mortified and even more upset that I spent the money I did for them. I ended up throwing the cupcakes away and proceeded to call Pinkie’s over the following days left several messages and never got a returned phone call. Please people do not waste your time and money here. It’s not worth it. The thing that kills me the most about all of this though is I BAKE!!! It will NEVER happen again!

10/10 cupcakes! Ordered one of each cupcakes for my boyfriends birthday celebration. They were so delicious and beautifully made. The inside of the cafe is also beautiful. I look forward to getting more cupcakes from Pinkies! Charles was great at explaining the different flavors and it was an easy ordering and pick up process.

This review is a little late but worthwhile doing it!! This place IS SUPER COOL place. The owner Charles is gentleman. He helped me for a last minute birthday that I had to do. I wanted rainbow cupcakes, which are difficult to come by especially if they are not preordered. Well long and behold I called the same day and he saved the last 12 he had for the day!! Thier fruity tutti racupcakes were to DYE FORRR!!! Super affordable and AMAZING PRESENTATION!! Got a customer for LIFE!!! So grateful to have this bakery around!! My daughter LOVEDDDD THEMMMM and mama too

I recently had the most disappointing experience with “Pinkies”. I placed an order months in advance as well as had several communications with Charles for 4 dozen cupcakes.The day of my event my order was delivered hours late, and on top of that my order was short 2 dozen when I paid in full for 4 dozen cupcakes. There was no accommodations made for me, instead I was given excuses and an unwillingness to take responsibility for the lack of customer service.I was told I would be given a refund for the missing cupcakes from my order 3-5 business days from May 21st which was the day of my event. I have yet to see that refund.The customer service at “Pinkies” is awful and your communication skills toward your customers are down right disrespectful and unprofessional.Still waiting for my refund!!!!

What a great experience at Pinkie’s Cupcake Cafe. It is owned and operated by Pinkie and Charles who welcomed us into their store as if we were family. Amazing people with an amazing idea to not only provide you with a great dessert but an experience along with it. The decor in the cafe is amazing and what I enjoyed the most from being there! I was able to try the Cookies N Creme, Yellow Butter Cake with Buttercream, Pink Velvet and Birthday Cake cupcakes! All the cupcakes had an amazing and distinctive taste for all lovers of sweets! Whether you want chocolate on chocolate or enjoy a sugary punch of birthday style pound cake in a cup cake this is a recommendation from me!

A hidden gem in Kenilworth. My family and I went here on Thursday evening on July 29, 2021, as we had a craving for cupcakes. This place didn't disappoint as the cupcakes we ordered were very delicious. My wife and daughter also loved the flowery decor, which they described as an enchanted English rose garden. We will definitely be back!
