I usually order a strawberry açaí lemonade and every time I order it they make it directly into the cup separating the liquids and ice instead of being put in the shaker and each time I have to shake my own drink over the garbage can so it doesn’t taste like just lemonade from the bottom.

I don’t like to leave negative reviews but sometimes is very necessary. Erika at Starbucks is absolutely disgusting person. She is very rude she seems like she doesn’t want to be there and takes her frustration out on paying customers. We all have bad days but no need to take it on other people let alone customers. For the money we pay I expect to have at least a good morning with a smile. She had a hickey on her neck and certainly looked very unprofessional that’s beside the point but had to mention. She just had bad attitude and shaking her head because I asked if they still had pistachio latte. I’m grateful that Taisha was there because she is always so welcoming and professional. Erika might want to change her job because she is not cut out for customer service.

Went in to get a coffee and the employees told me the place was very unsanitary because a drain had backed up, that all the equipment was dirty and mixers were un-washed; however they were not told to close the store due to these unsanitary conditions, they were just letting me know... And did I still want a coffee? Uh... Nope.

Although closing time is 8 pm they close well ahead of time. Could better update the closing times so that people don’t drive all the way and waste their time.

I placed my order without waiting in line. I bought a white chockolate mocca, but before I was even halfway through it started to make me nauseous. After a while, I had a fever. I guess they didn't clean the coffee machines well or the milk was spoiled.

Barista told me they don't scan the app for payment or points. I asked for receipt and she told me it was too late because she rang up someone after me ?? I told barista it's for my points. She replied their Starbucks doesn't give points?

NOOOO. I just paid $8 for 3 SIPS of my drink because their staff doesn’t know how to properly add enough ice. If I wanted a grande amount of liquid I would’ve asked for a grande and could’ve paid $4 less. Train your staff better. In addition to me have in adequate amount of the drink, I found that the sharpie marker that they used to write on the cup with, was still wet, and got all over me. Where is the training? Where is the consideration? Definitely not at the acme Starbucks in Kenilworth. You had one job. Do it right.Sincerely,A frequent customer no more
