For years did not know this restaurant was in my backyard. Always going into Westfield, decided to try. First visit wad great, with owner welcoming me. Last two visit were very uncomfortable. Food was great. Waitresses were very rude, inattentive and cold. Went in yesterday and same treatment. In turned immediately and made my way back out the door. Went to Vicky's Westfield and had a great breakfast, with kind service.

Had a buffalo chicken rap told them NO lettuce or tomato’s, later gave me a rap with only 4! Pieces of chicken.

Full service diner. We had a nice breakfast. Everything was hot and fresh. Good coffee. Service was quite slow.

3% fee for credit cards. Parking lot is very tight.

I'll give them 3 stars because people in my group did like their food. As for me not so much. I ordered fish and chips, it might have been called grease and chips. The fish batter was dripping with oil as if they didnt let it drain. When I put my fork to the fish, it ozzed grease. The fish inside was unseasoned and super bland. The fries were good. Everyone enjoyed their burgers.

I tried the French onion soup. It was tasteless. The cuban was a bit dry. Steak quesadilla was ordered by my husband and he said it was actually good. Service was slow since they were training. When we paid our bill the lady took our card and then proceeded to talk to a customer (who I think she knew personally) for about 10 minutes. I guess it was okay since it was pretty much empty and we got the food fast. Not to best though.

The staff here doesn't listen well. If I can give them a zero I would. They messed my order up 2 times in a weeks span. Get staff that understands good clear English. I traveled far as hell to pick up my order and this happens. But don't worry. I will not be coming back at all.

A bit too ritzie on the prices. But good was good service was good atmosphere a little uncomfortable. But all and all not s bad place
