Love that they give 2 eggs for each of the short rib ramen. Other than that, it is not a delicious ramen I will say. Short rib itself is not tender at all, the soup tastes a bit sour, which I find a bit weird. The flavor is just not my type. Some of the baby corns are sour, it tastes like they went sour….

Thus place was delicious. 1st time and cant wait to go back again. The mac and cheese sandwich could use some extra cheese because, you know, Mac and cheese. The fries were a soggy and a little too salty. The Ramen was a home run. Very delicious and favorable, plus they give extra broth for round 2. Best thing of the night. The lemonade wasn't sweet either which was the best to me. They have a variety of good things on the menu and can't wait to go back

I wish I had taken photos, however I had the pleasure of trying both the Crispy Chicken sandwich & The J*** Dr. (which was like pulled j*** meat on a bun) this past week while the Lab catered for a place I was temporarily working.I gave their card to family who live in the area & told my mom we need to go there ourselves because it was flavorful and filling.

We booked the Lab Food Truck for our baby shower and I have to say our experience was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! We reached out very last minute and G responded with a “yes we can do it” without hesitation. Within the next week and half we worked out the details and they were very flexible with our schedule. They arrived 30 mins early to set up and right on time our guest began to order. We had roughly 45 guests at the baby shower and I kid you not I heard compliments about the food from at least 25 of them within the first 15 mins. The portions were huge and the food was amazing! I personally had the Short Rib tacos and The Dr. as my meal and I have to say for a southern boy that has had plenty of BBQ, that possibly could have been the best bbq sandwich I have ever had. My wife had the Bahn Mi and she was very impressed, even when she warmed up the rest later on that night. They also had a vegan option on the menu so they cater to all. I could go on about the food, only good reviews from all guests but I have to say the service and hospitality was even better. If you are having ANY event this food truck is the way to go! I will also add we had 3 trucks in mind for the event and they were the least expensive and had the bigger menu. I promise you won’t regret it.

Ran into this place just from searching for a quick bite and loved it. I had the pulled pork burger, absolutely delicious. The woman that served us was nice as well. Only thing I could complain about is a man was cursing her or for no reason.. kinda killed the vibe.

The food was basic. The rice seemed like bag rice with a few pieces of warm mango in it. The fish tacos needed some type of crunch in it, had the same mango sauce in it. The beef was chewy and a little dry, it made me wonder how old it is. Just an honest foodie ??♀️

Ordered dinner from here. Ranch Burger, Lab Burger, chicken J*** Tacos, and Mango Rice. The burgers came with hand cut fries. Everything was flavorful and delicious. The meats were quality with a generous serving size. The price was reasonable. We should have asked for the fries to be well done. We will definitely be return customers.

Do yourself a favor and order from here. don't think twice about it, just trust me. Everything on this menu is unbelievably flavorful and delicious. THE TACOS. THE RIBS. THE RAMEN. THE DR. PEPPER PULLED PORK. The ribs are truly a must have. Oh yeah and the ANTIDOTE. omg ?. I turned my whole family onto The Lab and we all crave it constantly. great people working there and consistently great service, value, and quality.

I always pass this place and finally ordered through Grubhub for pickup. What drew me in was the unique choices on the menu and the VEGETARIAN OPTIONS! My order was hot when I picked it up (it was ready pretty quickly!) and handed over to me by one of the owners, who was super sweet. The Jackfruit Melt that I ordered was DELICIOUS and flavorful, and the fries were amazing. I will definitely be coming back and ordering again, and recommending the spot to others!
