The Lab Truck was hired for our family cookout over the July 4th weekend. I am so glad we did they did not disappoint us. They arrived early for set up and the excitement and anticipation from my family was met with professionalism and great food exceeding our expectations. They were accommodating to everyone young and old. We took a risk trying something different and I’m glad we did. We didn’t have long hours on the grill and could enjoy the day with family. We had other dishes only by choice because like most families we always have more food than we need. I highly recommend and will use them again. It was enjoyed by all. Thank you G and Ashley.!!

Great food! Ample portions size, unique combination of sweet & savory...we each had a different capsule, one fried chicken & one ribs. Both capsules were delicious!! In the words of the Terminator “I’ll be back!”
