Placed an online order around 430PM on Sunday (Google says they're open at 4PM). Website said it would be ready a little after 5. Even entered all my credit card information and everything. Go to pick up the order.. lights are on out front and inside. Front door is locked. Call the place multiple times, no one picks up. Had to find a different place to eat while I had a hungry toddler in the car. Now have to make sure my credit card didn't get charged next couple days. Annoying because I was excited to try the place, too.

ZERO STARS. Ordered food, paid, waited 40 minutes, went to pick it up during business hours and they were closed. No answer on the phone. Never experienced something like this before.

Disgusting and called the restaurant and they won't pick up the phone . Waited over an hour for food . $114 later was not sent zucchini fries like in their picture . Got like 8 fries with the cheeseburgers . WINGS UNDERCOOKED .and the quesadillas were like a glob . They don't even deserve one star and I will be reporting them for horrible service

I'll change my review once I get a chance to try this place, however, the few times I've been here, they've been closed. Their hours do not match what is on Google/there seems to be a weird mismatch. We were here once and the food was absolutely delicious. Went back and they appeared closed during business hours which prompted the original review. Happy to hear they're still open - can't wait to go back.Edit: have tried to come 4x since our initial visit during business hours and they haven't been open and don't answer the phone.

Order grubhub from there . Driver shows up and sign says back in 15 minutes. No one came back. Ordered once before today from doordash, they never confirmed the order. Doordash called and they claim they didn't have a tablet and they canceled the order. Unfortunately I am done trying. ByeThank you for responding! We will reach out and order again

was looking for BBQ. I was in key port when I did the search and Chickee popped up. Wow. Not your typical greasy, grimy food shack bbq always seems to be. Place is finely decorated, clean, and probably the best option bbq for date night there ever can be. It is also a perfect location, on the jersey shore return, being one block in toward bay on broad and route 36. Bennies are welcome, locals too. I had the total smoke entree. Smoked sausage, slices of apple juice infused brisket, smoked bbq sauce wings, smoked artichoke and corn, and the cheesiest mac you can find. One perfectly toasted corn cake square with the perfect mush. AND... A whole smoked jalapeno pepper as a peaker. You gotta experience this sleeper. It was awesome bbq.

We went there on a Wednesday, the place is decorated to perfection, it definitely had a farm-chic vibe. Anyway, we got the Smoked Chickee Wings to start which were great. For my meal I had the Pulled Pork Grilled cheese, which was excellent, my date got the smoked brisket Mac and cheese, which was heavy, but delicious. It was probably a pound of macaroni, and a very healthy portion of brisket. All in all, we will be back.

The food was delicious!! Definitely 5 stars. I Highly recommend giving Chickees a shot you won't be disappointed. My favorite was the BBQ brisket and sweet potatoes fries.
