I am hoping today was an off day. We ordered 1 PEC on a roll and 1 SEC on a roll. The rolls and egg were good, but where's the beef? The pork roll was over cooked and almost hard and there was hardly any meat on both sandwiches (the meat was only in the middle of the roll, not like other review images I've seen posted). Hoping next time will be better, we love to support local.

My first time there, I just left the Ford dealership and was hungry, Got a Porkroll,Egg and Chesse. Nice Big soft roll,Plenty of Porkroll,He made it just like I asked for, It was Delicious. Great Hot fresh coffee
