The older blonde lady that works there was yelling at customers today out of nowhere. There were a bunch of little kids present...very unattractive
Follow up...I went in for the first time today since then. She followed me out of the store and lectured me about why she was yelling and was blatantly lying to me.

Love this place! The food is always great – never been disappointed. Good service too - Jackie and Martha are always so nice, especially to the kids.
Great food and staff. I go there often and I have never gotten anything that wasn't delicious. The bagels are amazing. Unfortunately I am now gluten free but their gluten free bagels are very good. The salads and the fries are really good too. The prices aren't crazy and the portions are decent. The staff is always friendly and willing to accommodate any special requests that I may have. This is definitely my favorite bagel shop.

this place seems very overwhelmed. I ordered on the phone for pick up and I received the wrong order. I tried to go back, but they told me that I received my order and it was the only one with my name. I only ordered one bagel, but I got three sandwiches. Can’t imagine how the person who ordered those felt.
