This place has gone down hill so bad! The service is horrible always have to park and wait no matter what time or order. The new building is amazing that’s where it ends.

Someone, meaning a Manager, needs to get familiar with the McDonald's menu and train their staff how to assemble a regular Hamburger properly--which includes onions and mustard--in addition to the Ketchup and ONE pickle, which is supposed to be TWO--immediately. Unbelievable
Fries were hot and fresh! The Big Mac was not so good seemed a bit old.

One of the cleanest and nicest mcdonalds i have ever been to. The staff was amazing. So nice and helpful. I think either regional manager or general manager was there and she was amazing also. The floors and tables were spotless. I hope corporate gives this team praise because they are doing a great job!

Terrible experience at the drive thru. We had to pull up to the second window to wait for our food. Everyone else then had to pull around us to get out. It was a mess. The food itself was ok. But we waited behind 3 other people pulled over for drive thru. Possibly low staffed? They were very behind.

Staff was friendly and got my order correct! Ordered online using the mobile app and was able to park in one of their spots, a nice man delivered my order and a tray of condiments I could pick from. The location on route 15 is convenient as well so it’s easy to get on and off if you need a quick snack or soda on your commute.

My score for McDonald's is 1 and if I could it would be 0, if you ask for sauces they only serve you 2 and a ranch, and when you ask for more because that is very little, the employees cannot give you more, since the employees receive a warning and run the risk of being fired, I do not recommend customers to go to this McDonald's, bad treatment for customers and employees
