Good atmosphere, fresh food. Disappointing service.
They took my order but they didn't hear me at all I asked for an onion mushroom omelette with cheese and I only got the cheese, the only reason I didn't do the special was because they said I couldn't add vegetables to it. Told me that there is no chive cream cheese. Not only there was, but he didn't put any cream cheese in my sandwich at all.

While I was waiting for my food and talking to the person next to me, one of the servers clapped in my face and asked me if I was being serviced. Literally no one behind me. Extremely rude.

Not worth paying for this kind of service at all, completely unprofessional.

The only thing I liked was how fresh the food was and the bagels were soft. Which is a big plus, but service was a bust.
