The food was very good. The salad bar could of had more to choose from. And when I was with a group of friend's too many customers interrupted the area that we were sitting in. People need to walk around tables if a lot of people are sitting at a table for up to 1 hour.

We went to Ruby as the wait for long horn next door was 45-50 mins. There was no wait at Ruby and I can see why. The place was empty. We were brought to our seats and the hostess just tossed the menus on the table and walked away. No mention of drinks or anything. It took a long time for our waitress to come get the drink order. When she did we put in an app. We got out appetizer the same time as we got our drinks, which was weird. We sat and waited with no drinks for a decent amount of time. I ordered a large sangria. it was served to me in a beer glass filled to the tippy top with ice. There was barely sangria because it was taken over by ice.

Excellent service, friendly staff and very clean! Great family atmosphere. We love the salad bar its always filled with fresh lettuce, salads and veggies. Definitely recommend going here for a great meal.

I've been going to the Ruby Tuesday in Lakewood for many years now. It's one of the few restaurants around that still has a salad bar (which is nice). Tonight I ordered a sirloin steak (medium rare) and it was served to me RARE. I tried to eat as much of the steak as possible but it was too bloody and rare for me to finish. I let the waiter know and he said that he would get me a new steak. He brought me the RARE steak I sent back and said "they threw it on the grill a little more for you." I heard some restaurants do shady things like that but I've never witnessed it before today. What makes it WORSE is I have a BAD head cold and my half eaten steak was put on the same grill that's used for other people's food. It seriously grossed me out and I don't plan on going back any time soon.

Our server was maybe new, a bit awkward. He didn't know our drinks were beers. Took him about 10 minutes to tell us neither were available. Our appetizer and light fare meal took another 30 plus minutes to come out. The restaurant wasn't busy. The veggie trio was good and the pretzel sticks app was also good but the service is slow.
