The store was super busy and the presumed manager (lady with big glasses) looked directly at me while taking a personal phone call and not helping staff. She waited until girl on food to take my order instead of helping staff. She was too busy doing arts and crafts and taking personal phone calls instead. Disrespectful.

Terrible drink making and terrible customer service. First they made a cold pumpkin spice latte at the drive thru. Then remade it and brought it out to me - got the hot one. It was Missing the whip and missing pumpkin spice! I had to go in and they Refused to remake it! I brought it to another Starbucks and they remade it for me for free! Shout out to Starbucks @ 91 Brick Blvd and the supervisor Valentina.

I enjoy Starbucks coffee, so when I get good service and like the flavor what could be bad. A little pricey for coffee but I won't complain.

Nice, clean store - I recommend!

No where to sit indoors, outdoors is super hot and dirty, out of many coffee bean blends, no light roast bags, no fresh brewed coffee- just the car dealer style coffee machine, rude staff, nowhere to plug in a charger outdoors. Stay away from this Starbucks, it has terrible Managment, rude staff

Just bad customer service I bought a hot coffee they gave me a cold one when I asked for my hot coffee they gave me attitude them I was waiting for my coffee and they left it in the opposite place where I was waiting and not even said anything to me.

have tried to call # on receipt & number on web site, no answers. I bought a tall Carmel Frappacino at 3:50 today & it was the worst one I have ever had, I don't think there was any coffee in it. whoever made it needs to be retrained.

drive thru worker handing out drinks on 5/7/24 at 12:00pm was the rudest human being on the planet . they all hate doing their job & can’t stand people coming in to order.

Came back to try this location today. Service was good staff friendly. I always order the same frap from Starbucks but why does my drink taste different from this location. Way too sweet!
