OMG, there was just the right amount of chewiness that screamed freshly made and not doughy like those made from pre-packaged frozen dough. It has been decades since I have eaten a bagel that took me back to my days in Greenwich Village to the Potbelly Bagel Cafe on Christopher St. NYC. It wasn’t just the bagels and cream cheese spread, it was also the quick friendly service. And it is not just bagels, grab a wrap with the freshly grilled chicken…super place to go for something delicious to eat. Try their premium coffee, too!“

Price, food, great selection of food (breakfast and lunch), taste, the people, (from the greeting when you walk in to the thank you have a good day when you leave also the cooks must love it there too... you can taste it in the food 😋) also customer service (if they forget something bec they are busy they WILL FIND A WAY TO MAKE IT RIGHT 😁)
Customer service means alot to me and this place cares about you from the cleanliness to the service to the food this place is the absolute BEST!

“Only been here one time. Got a turkey sandwich which was very good. The side of potato salad was not very good. It had the most hard hitting vinegar taste I've ever experienced. This might have been just a one time deal so I'm still giving 5 stars. The side came with the sandwich so it wasn't that big of a deal“

“Big fan of the Borsch Belt because they have gluten friendly options! Actually, they’re the only place locally where I can get the most delicious gluten free everything bagel breakfast sandwich! They are soft with the most wonderful bread texture and delicious flavor. I usually order 2-3 extra bagels for my freezer at home. Unfortunately, this last time I ordered the bagels were rock hard, solid, and bit stale. Hopefully it was a one time occurrence!!“
