Booked for NYE and had never been before. It was outstanding from start to finish. Menu options were great and all the selections we ordered were beyond our expectations, simply fantastic. Our server was friendly, welcoming and only added to an incredible dining experience.

As always, the appetizers are the stars - both the tortellini and the mushroom soup (a special) were simply fantastic. Service is kind and doesn't rush. Restaurant is busy, but doesn't feel packed and it's just a really nice place to spend an evening.

How does a restaurant of this caliber make freshly made pasta NOT Al dente? Flavor was excellent on both pasta dishes but pasta soft. In my opinion overcooked. Butternut squash soup was excellent, but at $15 it should be. Just not wowed for the expense.

We finally got to experience De Floret and we were extremely impressed. Quaint and charming spot in Lambertville . Off the beaten path a bit so it was quiet and parking was no problem. Well staffed and the servers were very friendly. Aps, mains and deserts were perfect. The courses were served at a perfect pace . We will for sure be back!!!

This was second time having dinner here in ten years! I can’t remember what I had in 2015, but on Friday I had the Bronzino and my husband had the Filet Mignon. We also shared the gnocchi as an appetizer. The food was made to perfection. I don’t know how the chef does it. My Bronzino was very buttery peeling away from the skin and the peppers that accompanied were seasoned so well. I wish we could have date night here every month but the gnocchi appetizer portion was too small for the price and we were charged $8 for one bottle of sparkling water. Also would be nice if there were more entrees to choose from. This particular evening had only 1-2 non seafood options. We had a reservation and still had to wait 20-30 minutes for our table as well.
