At DāFloret they will make you feel special with Dennis often speaking with diners. Itās Lambertvilleās premier āfoodieā restaurant, tastefully serving as a stage for Foyās creations. Everything about the space is whispers higher end restraint.

Love this restaurant! We are so fortunate to have it as locals. Food is very very good and service very professional. AC could be better in warm weatherā a bit difficult given the kitchen location. And we do find indoors to be very loud. BUT! They are expanding and we can't wait! Lovely lovely place and owners!

I thoroughly enjoyed the Tortellini appetizer. They just melted in my mouth. My husband and I shared the dish, but I wish I had it all to myself. We always enjoy our meals and the quaintness of the restaurant.

Estelle and Chef Foy create a wonderful dining experience. The atmosphere is spectacular and the dining room is surrounded by Estelle's artwork. Chef Foy's dishes are as imaginative as they are delicious. We've been coming here since 2018 and will continue to do so!

First time but absolutely not the last. Food was superb, it's not inexpensive, but delicious. VERY small, maybe "9"? small tables, and the best part other than food, it's easy to talk! for a change! I'm so tired of having trouble hearing my wife or whomever we're out with. I'm not willing to trade a ridiculous noise level for a good meal, yet that seems to be routine these days. One side of me wants to say stay away, so it stays as is, however, I'll just plan better to ensure we can get in! Terrific, small, wonderful food, BYOB, great for a date night, I'm a fan!

Fabulous food at this cozy restaurant!! Every bite was exquisite!! The Carb Tain appetizer and the tortellini with truffle were outstanding. My husband and I both had fish. I had the red snapper and my husband had a special fish of the day . Both were exceptional ! Each dish had complex but subtle flavors that perfectly complemented the main entree!! Bravo!!

Friendly, competent service, and excellent food...we usually order one app, two entries and share a dessert. At d'floret, we ordered two of each as they were so interesting and we wanted to try so many items on the menu. And they were as good as we hoped.
