It's hard to believe this hidden gem has been right in our midst this whole time but we are ever so grateful to have experienced de Floret this week. So intimate, so thoughtfully detailed, every dish a perfect combination of flavors masterfully prepared and presented. BYOB.
We have eaten here several times and we keep going back. The food is incredible. We think this restaurant is a hidden gem! The staff is very professional and personable. We cannot wait to go back again.
Food was wonderful. However, arrived on time for a 7:30 reservation, was not seated till 8:15. To make matters worse we had to wait outside in a rainstorm for 30 minutes till they finally allowed us in. Understandably this is a small venue and things do happen, but they should time their seatings better as we were not the only customers who had to endure the wait. That said, the food and service is exemplary!
