We loved El Tule and have been going there for years. We went yesterday after a long time and it’s sad to say that the warmth of the service is gone! The owners seem to have lost their charm. They did not even bother to smile. Very disheartening.it almost felt as if we were bothering them. We are very easy going people Also we were charged for extra sauce when we spent almost $150 on the food. The food is still good but would be nice to get some pleasant service

This place had a great ambiance (we ate outside on the patio for lunch) and the food was delicious! We loved everything, we started with this delicious queso appetizer -seriously special!! Highly recommend! My husband had a burrito, and asked for special accommodations (which they totally did!), I got the Coliflor Saltada Bowl, which was also perfect! The service was fantastic! All around awesome! Thanks El Tule!

This was our second time at this restaurant, and unfortunately, both experiences were disappointing. The first time, we waited about an hour for the food. This time, after waiting over an hour again, we found out they had lost our order altogether. Other parties who arrived after us were served. Ended up leaving without eating. Very frustrating and unprofessional.

Butternut squash soup and Picante de Camarones were both excellent. Shredded chicken was a bit "blah". Overall, we really like this place and will definitely be back.

I use an ordering app. So I work for this restaurant. While I was waiting for my order, I asked the waiter if the order was ready and he said I just had to wait for it to be put in the package. So I was waiting and a male waiter came to me and said wait outside. What are you doing here? The customers are bothering me. I said I was doing my job and I said I wasn't going to leave. Because it was annoying. Probably because of my ethnicity. They were treating me like that. Because I'm not American. Because I do this job. It was like they didn't want me but the restaurant uses this app and after this incident the store banned me so I can't take orders from there it's not a big deal anyway I just wanted everyone to know about this situation he may be nice to the customers but it's really incredibly annoying to the other employees

I was trying to place an order for pickup and the man who took my call did not want to help me with my order saying that he was very busy and I just had to look online and he couldn't do anything, too much bad attitude to work with customer service .
