Fortunate, we are, to have this bakery in Lambertville. Everything we have tasted is superb and the atmosphere is warm and inviting, with limited seating. I've never been to France, but I have lived in two of the "foodiest" big cities in the US for several decades.I've eaten a LOT of baguettes over the years. I've never eaten one as good as the ones at Lambertville Bakehouse.Get there early if you can, they usually sell out in the morning.Lovely people there too.
We popped into the bakery prior to going on a hike, so we could get something into our stomachs. I ordered a french onion bread and my husband got a cinnamon bun. Both were absolutely delicious. We are not local, but if we were, this would become a staple for us.
