Really beautiful restaurant and bar. The food was great and the location is wonderful. Right next to the Delaware River.

This was a beautiful hotel. It has so much charm the chain hotels lack. I will absolutely stay here again.

We have been coming here for like twenty five years. The place used to be pretty good, but seems to be going downhill fast now. Got sufficiently annoyed today to cut the tip.

A 30 minutes wait with plenty of empty tables nobody could be bothered to clean. Put on a waitlist, message never came. Walked over the bridge to New Hope, came back, they are seating walk-ins, still no message.

Okay, got seated, no apology or anything, had to ask for a table in the shade, the waiter takes like fifteen minutes to show up.

Beer ok, food mediocre, prices high for what you get, 3.5% credit card surcharge. Not coming back.

The food was bland. Very expensive for what we ordered. Would never go back here again.

Ate here for mother's day. Food and service just flat out horrible. Will never be back.

Lovely place for a drink after work and a date night dinner

We were seated right away and the host was friendly, providing a table outside at our request. We arrived 15 minutes before the dinner menu was available at 4:00 PM, so we ordered an appetizer, the margherita flatbread, while we waited. As a note, aside from a few added entrees, the dinner menu is not much different than the lunch menu. Our server, as well as all the staff, was friendly and helpful with choosing our entrees and a wine flight. My husband had the Truffle Angus Burger, and I had the Stuffed Griggstown Chicken Breast. We both thoroughly enjoyed our entrees. Our entire meal was perfectly cooked. Although the management had decided to close off the patio towards the end of our meal because the temperature had dropped significantly, we were not rushed or asked to go inside, allowing us to finish our meal outside. Our only observation was that there seemed to be an issue between several staff members who argued in front of us and the other customers. We would suggest that staff find a more private place to resolve whatever issues they might have while on the job. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this restaurant.

This review is for the Inn not the restaurant.

The Inn is an amazing value especially for what we paid due to being a Thursday night. The complimentary Continental breakfast was delivered to the room at no charge. Excellent!

Very disappointed in the lack of communication with restaurant management. They are not reachable by phone. My experience ruined the recent Easter buffet. If patrons could not attend due to illness there is no recourse to the $80 prepaid buffet. This was not disclosed on their flyer for the Easter buffet or when reservations were made (and paid). I will not return. This is just about the money to them.

First time here. Loved the walkability. Room was very clean & comfy. Front desk staff & room service staff were very polite & helpful.
Pros- great water pressure, soap dish (you’d be surprised how many hotels don’t provide, making a mess at the sink, so thanks!)
Cons- no mini fridge in room (I need cold water), pillows are way too soft for me.
Would definitely return.

yucky yucky smell in the bar and in the bathrooms like a skunky body odor that just completely tarnished my appetite, will not be dining here again

We were lucky enough to be able to book a room at the last minute during the annual Shad festival.
Staff: 10/10 At the front desk, we were greeted by Sandra and a smile. She was always so pleasant during our day and we looked forward to saying hi .
Room: 10/10 We were pleasantly surprised in that they thought of all the little things that could make your stay comfortable.
They Included robes, slippers, sanitary bags (no one seems to think of those) and even an umbrella should it rain, which for our stay, it did. There were multiple options for the Keurig, not just the standard two which is a plus for a coffee person . Tip- Keep a creamer from morning continental breakfast to use later in the day . One of the highlights is that A free continental breakfast is “brought to your room”!That’s always a plus when you don’t have to walk out first thing in the morning for your croissant and coffee. We chose to add mimosas to our tray😏
Housekeeping: 10/10. Everything felt pristine, and I always loved the little bonus of the folds in the towels that make the room feel warm.
Location, location, location 10/10!!!!! that’s almost an understatement. You could not have picked a better location in walking distance to everything. There’s views of the bridge, which is a hop and skip away. Access to the Lambertville restaurant on premises and walking distance to all the other wonderful restaurants and shops.
The only challenge that I had during the stay was getting the temperature of the shower to work. One night it was too cold, day two it was too hot. I’m not sure if it’s the plumbing line that has an issue if other people are using it or just my luck.
Side note: They do have a banquet facility so if you have a room on the end closest to the event facility be aware that there could be noise through 10 PM.
