This was my first time at this restaurant and I loved everything about it. The food was excellent, choices and specials were good, service was great and the atmosphere was very nice. Easy to have a conversation at your table and very relaxing. I would recommend this restaurant in a heartbeat.
As someone who comes from an Italian family, THIS place has AWESOME food. There are so many restaurants serving “Pizza” and “Italian” food that just doesn’t come with the care and authenticity. Same old blah red sauce from a can, “brick oven pizza” that is charred to death. Tavola Rustica is NONE of that. Just great food and service with reasonable prices. Tavola Rustica is a neighborhood little gem that seems to pop out of no where. For a Monday night, the place was seemingly empty but by the time it was 6:30pm, the place was jam packed. Fair warning- the place got INCREDIBLY loud to the point it was very difficult to hear one another across the table.
