Extremely unprofessional, gave my date away TWICE after receiving deposit and didn’t notify me until 2 weeks before my event, Kevin is rude and very inattentive. Do not book.
I recently had a highly disappointing experience with McFadden Catering Service, and I feel it’s necessary to warn others about their unprofessional conduct. Our main contact was Kevin, and his behavior on the day of our event was not only unprofessional but also extremely dangerous.

My experience with McFadden Catering was a mess from start to finish. The communication between Kevin and his property manager was terrible—promises were made but never kept. We were told we’d have matching chairs for our outside ceremony, but instead, we got two different types that completely ruined the look.
