Terrible experience for families. This restaurant has a “no stroller” policy, which they tried to enforce even though my baby was peacefully sleeping. The staff insisted I wake up my baby and take them out of the stroller just to be seated — absolutely unreasonable.

I purchased a gift card on their website for my mother which they would not honor. I attempted to call two days in a row for a manager to resolve this issue only to get told both times that one was not there and I would have to keep calling back. I have never ever heard of a restaurant that operates without the supervision of a manager during a shift….who handles food and guest issues during service, who collects servers credit card slips and cash after the shift. The food, Service, and atmosphere were all excellent. The fresh brewed tea is spot on. The Firecracker sauce is Devine and you can't go wrong with the wedge salad. Not a bad thing I can say from my experience.
