One of the best assorted seafood meals we have ever had! The freshness and meal temp were absolutely perfect! Surprisingly the biggest Suprise was the hot honey calamari. The most tender, flavorfull app I think I've ever had. And that's saying something! Everything right up to desert was perfect. The wait staff couldn't have been more attentive. Wish they were open all year! Fantastic!
I have come to Runners for about 20 years now. This summer had to have been the best year yet! We meet up here once a year with about 25 relatives. The food could not have been any better- the wait staff was accommodating, friendly and very attentive. If you are looking for an awesome lunch or dinner experience at the shore, this is your place !
Was visiting NJ from Tennessee and Runners came highly recommend. The restaurant has a very warm and cozy atmosphere and includes a fresh fish and produce market. Our waitress, Julian was great, very accommodating. She told us she has been with the restaurant for 13 years, which says something. I had crab cakes, others had shrimp, scallops and salmon and it was all delicious. Very generous portions. I would definitely visit Runners on my next visit to NJ. I am sure you won’t...
