I asked for a specific order and they gave me the wrong order.. I kindly said “Excuse me but this isn’t what I order” and the guy at the register took my order and got it wrong, proceeded to yell at me and say “This is what you order and I’m not remaking another one” which led me to spend more money to get the right order

Best Dunkin that I have been to in SJ. I give them 5 star+ because they have pumpkin spice months after the holiday season!!! They know my order without me saying anything and always super friendly! Just read online they had a fire which caused the temporary closure. I pray no one was hurt. I hope they reopen real soon.

Nice and accommodating folks here. I appreciate that the drive thru is always open! They always get my drink right, and have memorized my order at this point so I just drive up and say good morning (haha). Even with a car accident blocking the entrance I find a way to visit these guys

Please fix the mobile app so it works 24/7 at this location. It says closed and then I have to order at drive-thru which takes longer and is more of a pain when paying.
