“This brisket is packed with so much flavor and melts in your mouth. The Mac n cheese is amazing. And these collard green are vegetarian made with zero pork and the best damn collard greens I've ever had. Also the corn bread is perfection! Rich's beef ribs had the most delicious BBQ sauce that was sweet, smoky and had a little spicy kick. He also had great coleslaw and vegetarian beans that were so good!”

“Even though this Dunkin has an insane 3-way entrance to the drive thru causing an all out royal rumble on chaotic work mornings and even weekend mornings, the staff here are wonderful people. I just love it when you frequent a place and the workers remember you. And they make everything properly, no cut corners. Its worth the mindboggling psychological torment of making eye contact with a total stranger who wants your spot. But its 7 am and its YOUR turn what are they trying to do we all have to do this together in order of who arrived first and then moving clockwise!!!”

“Having grown up with Texas breakfast tacos I was excited to see a spot in Philly to create what I was missing from home. Bfast taco was good, flavor was def there. A bit on the pricier end for a breakfast taco, even with a homemade tortilla. Was hoping all salsas were given out as well, tried the guaijlo , had good flavor. Not sure if I’ll be a reg just because they’re pricey. But I do appreciate what they are bringing to Philly.”

“Very small intimate space with the open kitchen directly on the floor. Had an incredible experience here! The staff was super friendly and bantered with us all night. The stand out to me was the scallop toast, it practically melts in your mouth. Though everything we had was excellent flavor and presentation wise. I will absolutely be back!”

Beware of the non descript building.At $158 you will be very satisfied with every bite. The ala carte menu has some great add ins priced accordingly 20-38$. “This restaurant is located on East Passyunk in South Philly. I love the ambiance and service was great. Meat and veggie platter was delicious. The platter also came with pizza dough which was surprisingly really good. I am also currently obsessed with their gnocchi, it has the perfect texture and the sauce was amazing. Will definitely come back!”

“My wife and I came here before a musical at the Kimmel center. She decided on it based off of good reviews found on Google and Yelp. We were not disappointed! Parking was a little tough but it didn’t take long to find a close spot. The neighborhood looked decent, unlike most other areas of the city where I feel like my car will be broken into for spare change.The lattes were delicious. They came to us hot, which can be hard to find surprisingly. I ordered the Shawarma, which came with steak, rice, pita, sweet potato fries, and scrambled eggs. She ordered the Entrecôte omelet. The potatoes were amazing. We also split an order of the Baklawa pancakes. Everything was delicious. The avocado tartar spread on my plate went so well with the rice and eggs. We would definitely like to come back here!”

The burrata and focaccia was a delightful favourite.The Caesar salad was overdressed and the croutons were too hard for my preference. The pepperoni pasta was exactly that - not the worst but it was something I'd make drunk in my kitchen at 3 am. Fries were meh.A solid 4 on the food front. Go just for the decor alone, feeling like I was in an 80s golf clubhouse. The pool table is cute and fun too.”

It's a Southern inspired restaurant with a heavy focus on meat and seafood dishes - ribs, chicken, short rib, crawfish, shrimp, etc. I made it work and was not the least bit disappointed. It didn't seem like a place that aims to put pizza on a pedestal rather a well put together representation of desired traits specific to the Philadelphia dining scene. The pizza leaned towards a bar pie, that was executed by someone who has a devout understanding of the dough and the other ingredients involved. The soft serve was well spun and tasty. Overall the hype is real and was a real joy to visit!”

“We came here for my family members birthday and there was quite a bit of us (13), the owner Connie was an absolute gem and hooked us up with a private room. She came in numerous times to check in and make sure everything was okay and staff was so nice and quick. I have to say it was worth every penny, everyone was so nice and the food was AMAZING.
