I placed a mobile order and set pick-up at the drive thru. Then at the drive thru they told me I had to come inside to pick it up. I couldn’t come inside at the time. Order cancelled!

I got a bacon double stack biggie bag. I ate about half the double stack burger and the last bite I took literally tasted like fece of some sort. I am not a picky eater at all but it may have been the most disgusting taste I ever had in my mouth ever. I immediately spit it out and threw away the rest of my meal. I didn’t even want to look at what it was that I bit. I will NOT be visiting this restaurant again!

To start with, they took forever to answer. When they did answer they tried to rush us through our order: when we ordered they messed up the only two orders we had. We had a biggie bag that didn’t contain any nuggets that we paid for. Then to make it worse all of the biggie bag was cold as well as the #2. Please don’t work if you can’t do your job. It’s ridiculous

There is a female one is supposedly named Sarah a manager, and the other is a shorter female with dark black hair and they have no respect for customers. They are speaking in a very rude manner. They try to overcharge currently pregnant and go there at least 3 to 5 nights a week and the only time I have an issue or a severe overcharge is when one of these two women are working all the other managers are great. I never have problems with my orders, but if you go there at night and certain people are working, the food doesn’t come out hot they give you the biggest attitude. The customer is never right there, and they will disrespect you verbally with no problem
I didn't like anything here, the fries were all salty and the hamburger was salty and oily, and the bathrooms were all dirty and smelly.
