Very unprofessional. Employees who aren’t clocked in, yelling for free food from employees who are on the clock behind the counter. Drive thru employee nasty attitude, and got the order completely wrong after repeating it back. How do you repeat the order to me correct, but when I receive my order, I have something totally different? Then I went inside the store to correct the order, repeated the order to the MANAGER, and when I repeated the order I simply only repeated what the mistake was… when i received my order AGAIN, now I paid for a 10 piece nuggets that I never received. A bunch of kids playing around and the manager acting their age instead of setting an example. It may just be “fast food” but it’s a business. Very awful service tonight.

Love Wendy's always have Never had a problem . Orders are correct. The Staff are pleasant.and happy. They have better Quality food than all other Fast food combined. My thought.As far as GREED...there is none. They actually have many deals to pick from within your budget to enjoy.Kid-friendliness: They have meals for them. Healthy sometimes.

I'm a regular at this Wendy's as it's right around the corner from my house. Never had an issue with food missing or items wrong. Food is always hot and delicious. Drive-thru moves quick. There's also a gentleman named Dakota who I ALWAYS see there. I'm thinking he's a manager of some sort. He's super friendly and very helpful. Keep up the great work! ? See you guys soon
WORST WENDYS EVER. Took forever to take our order. Our fries were cold and we asked for new ones, the fry cook was complaining saying "they just ate the shit how is he gonna complain that its cold" No customer service or human skills at all, courtany one of the cooks was throwing the food that someone was going to eat at the desk, she was super rude. Worst fast food experience ever.

Ordered a Bacon Cheesburger with blue cheese crumbles, no lettuce, fried onions and mushrooms,and tomato.I got the blue cheese, lettuce that I didn't order and nothing else that I did order!! Terrible online order protocol.And it arrived 1/2 hour early to my front door, not my back door as requested.
