Candela's Pizzeria & Ristorante is an old school Italian house just off Lawrenceville Road in the town by that name. It is actually the first floor of a formerly residential property on Lawn Park Avenue. Always a good meal at Candela! Whether a pasta dish, pizza, burger, or other sandwich. Had a nice lentil soup today too. If you like traditional, unadulterated fries, order them here! Not steak fries, but tradition thick straight fries without salt or other seasonings; the way fries are meant to be.
A nice home style Italian eatery. The owner engaged with almost everyone in the joint and took care of us like we were family. I ordered a chicken caesar salad, the portion was generous for the price and it was delicious.
