This hot dog shop is easy enough to find with a menu that is varied & food that is really good. The theme of it tied into military & furst responders is also a nice touch as well
This place used to have the best hot dogs, but under new ownership it's just not the same. The food is sloppy and it's missing a lot of the quality that was there before. Overall it seems like they raised the prices and dropped the quality.
Friends have been telling me how great Paul's Firehouse digs are,so we tried it for my birthday celebration.We got hot dogs with all different trimmings,sweet potato fries, slaw,pulled pork sandwiches for around 15 people .Everyone loved all of the food. Stop by and my favorite is fried dog sauerkraut,relish,mustard and ketchup.
