If you're looking for fantastic food that's simple, fresh & delicious, this is the place. Quality over price, this place punches way above its weight category and is a great value (generous portions only add to it). If you're still pondering whether to try this place out, just do it!

The restaurant was clean and the service was good. It was a pretty fast encounter I had with the man at the counter. I asked for aenh and I had a question and he answered it. Most importantly the food was AMAZING. I got take out and it was still hot when I got it home. He made eit right on the grill in front of me. I will 100% be going back for more. I highly recommend the chicken shawarma platter. All the ingredients were very fresh and the chicken was well seasoned. The portion was great for the price! I can't wait to get more.

I gave This place 5 stars in the past. But, their standards have dropped significantly. The guy working there is very rude and unpleasant. Wouldn't come back

The food is fresh, tasty and great, portion size is very gracious and large. service in person is decent, however service on the phone is terrible. If you don't want to spoil your day, decide what you want and just order quickly without asking any questions on the phone, Otherwise you'll regret asking questions ?

I wouldn't go again. The person who works there, he is very disrespectful and has bad customer service.I ordered French fries, and I get only these many quantities.

The reviews must be all paid and fake, because I had a terrible experience at this place. Don't be fooled, this is a "ghost kitchen"! This fake "Lebanese" place and the "Turkish" place you see on the map is the same restaurant with terrible standards of cleanliness, run by one rude Egyptian cook/owner.After ordering his massively overpriced chicken shawarma platter, the rude guy chastised me for good 3 minutes for "being cheap" because I asked how much their overpriced drinks cost. So naturally, after calling me a cheap-stake to my face, you would expect him to be a generous guy who gives people their money's worth for his overpriced shawarma platter, right? WRONG! 70% of that platter is just lettuce and tomato salad, laid out to mislead you into thinking there is more food under the salad!2/10 rude, condescending, and a CHEAT!

Located in a small, nondescript strip shopping center off of Quakerbridge Road in Lawrenceville, Mezza offers very tasty, freshly made, and reasonably priced burgers, kebabs, and vegetarian platters in a very casual ambiance. Mezza specializes in providing Halal Mediterranean cuisine that's made with fresher ingredients and more care than typical fast food but served almost as quickly and at the same price point. My dining companion and I recently stopped into Mezza for lunch. I opted for the Chicken Adana Platter ($15), comprised of a generous portion of ground chicken kebab cut into bite-sized pieces and served with basmanti rice and a small salad of iceberg lettuce, tomato, and cucumbers. YUM. My dining companion went for a healthier selection (as usual) and had the Veggie Platter ($14), featuring a generous portion of eight freshly-made falafel balls served alongside hummus and baba ghanoush, and a small salad of iceberg lettuce, tomato, and cucumbers. YUM! Both of us really enjoyed our meals and we'll definitely be back next time we're in the area. While we were there, most customers got their orders 'to go' or delivered via app, but there are a handful of tables inside the restaurant (which features an open kitchen.. a consideration if you don't want to smell like cooked meats for the rest of your day) and two folding tables with a few chairs outside.Pro Tip: Mezza offers a 10% discount on orders over $30 if you pay with cash, so be sure to bring your Hamiltons and Jacksons.

Got takeout from here today. Prices were pretty reasonable and the portion size for my chicken shawarma platter was decent. I always find it a little annoying when half of the container is taken up by salad, but it's pretty much the norm so I can't complain too much :) The sauces were good and the chicken wasn't bad at all, although the rice could have used a little extra zing somehow. Not sure when I'll be back, but if you're looking for decent Mediterranean food in the area, I'd say Mezza delivers.
