Great atmosphere and service, but the food was lacking in quality. Management tried accommodating through merchandise instead of compensation, which confused me. I would not come back due to food quality alone. It is a cool space and the workers were kind and considerate, but bad hot pot... had high hopes.
Bo & Jess are wonderful! Both helped me navigate my first and second time at kpot. The food was fresh and delicious. The wings, seaweed, and kimchi appetizer rock! To make my own scallion pancake and stuff it with the delicious bulgogi chicken, garlic bbq chicken, and/or lemon pepper shrimp was fun and very delicious. I was very happy and will be back often! Thank you!
Got delivery via -doordash. Spicy bulgogi beef bowl and gyoza. Delicious! Kimchi cooked perfectly and the rice and beef too. and way plentiful of everything! Not too spicy for me and I love Alice. Haven't had this good a Korean food in a long time. Good job!leftovers tomorrow.
