Madison was the highlight of our visit. Warm, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic about the menu, she guided us through the options with ease and made sure we never had to ask twice for water or anything else. That kind of hospitality sets the tone for the entire meal.

Best ramen in the US, hands down!
The rich tonkotsu and the crab miso ramen had incredible umami! The soft-boiled egg was also perfect.
People who don't eat ramen here are missing out on life.
My request is that I'd like to eat the tonkotsu ramen with beni-shoga (red pickled ginger) on top. Are there any toppings available?
