Good customer service and the taste of the ice cream is absolutely amazing. Freshly made and served. Best thing is in the summer they get plenty of coupons almost every single day, you get free icee on your birthday and half birthday. You also have the ability to customize and the staff is always friendly. Prices are rising though
Went to Rita’s for a Vanilla milk shake and I was so disappointed. It was like sweeten vanilla milk. I asked the young man was it suppose to be like that and he said yes that’s how they make them. I remember milkshakes being thicker and at Delight in Pennsylvania they still make them that way. It was a waste of $9.00. I guess you live and learn will never go back to Rita’s.
First off whoever hired to 2 gentlemen who served me today around 6:45, choose correctly. They were both professional, respectful, polite, and on TOP OF THEIR GAME!!! Haven't had Rita's in almost a decade since moving out west. These 2 gentlemen went above and beyond to make my experience rememberable. Thank you guys for taking your time to make my visit top notch. 1000% will be coming back to this location.
