First off whoever hired to 2 gentlemen who served me today around 6:45, choose correctly. They were both professional, respectful, polite, and on TOP OF THEIR GAME!!! Haven't had Rita's in almost a decade since moving out west. These 2 gentlemen went above and beyond to make my experience rememberable. Thank you guys for taking your time to make my visit top notch. 1000% will be coming back to this location.
There needs to be supervision with these young kids serving ..the young lady slid the full bucket of water ice across the floor and then sat it in the freezer chest with the dirty bottom on top of other containers in the freezer..eewwww and the desserts are given sloppy with ice cream and water ice running down the cup, there should be no rush while serving customers
I walked up and ordered a limeade and all I was carrying was an Amex and at this one location they don't take that but she gave me my drink anyway. It was really nice of her to go out of her way
