I've gotten teriyaki dishes there several times. The only problem is when ordering from an app in advance, even if I asked for the teriyaki sauce on the side, who was cooked with teriyaki sauce anyway about half the time. The food is great tasting. The main problem I have which may sound silly is that they pack the orders for pickup in paper bags that don't have handles and it is not easy to carry them from the food court to outside the mall to your car.

Let me tell you about Sarku Japan. The portions are proper and the rice will leave you satisfied. It carries the kind of emptiness that makes one full. The staff are courteous and receptive to every customer. At least they were to me and my friends. Oh, and you can watch them make your food if you'd like! If you're like me and eat with your eyes first, try this spot!

Great food always, working at a retail store in the mall they always make sure to get your order completed asap knowing how short our breaks can be, love the service. Seeing the food cooked in front of you is always helpful knowing they won’t skimp you. 10/10 I recommend.
