When visiting New Jersey we stopped in this location for breakfast. It’s beautifully built, with ample seating and a good location. I wish every Starbucks was this spacious.The store was clean and the employees were so friendly! I was impressed with how quickly my order was ready, and of course my coffee was delicious.

I went to this location on 2/15 and they did not secure the lid on my tea. When I went to take it out of my cup holder it spilt and burned me. Customer service offered me $50, told me they would make this location aware of the incident, and hope I come back in the future. This does not change the fact I was burned and now have a permanent scar. Beware of this location and make sure they actually secure the lid on your drink.

Ordered my customized drinks like on any other starbucks but they didnt make my matcha greentea latte the way it normally should. They didnt follow the specific instructions I usually order. They thought I wouldnt notice but I get this all the time. Very disappointed.

So slow that I had to give up and leave without the coffee I paid for. I waited in line, placed my order at the counter, then waited for fifteen minutes after placing the order. At that point the barista told me I was still not showing in the list of next orders to be made (so my order wouldn't be made next or soon) and there was no way to check farther up the list to see where I was. Everyone was polite. I think they were swamped with online orders, but if that is the situation I think they should warn you when you place your order!

I have been coming to this Starbucks twice a week for 2 years and it has always been a great experience. I order coffee for myself and my coworkers (usually about 5-6 drinks). Today I went through the drive through and was greeted at the window by a nasty worker who I assume is new because I have never been helped by her before. She told me that there is a maximum of 4 drinks when ordering through the drive through which has never been the case before. She had a lot of attitude and was very short with me. They made me pull around to the front which was fine but then they forgot one of my drinks and I had to go inside and get it, where she seemed annoyed at me that THEY had made a mistake. I might reconsider coming back to this Starbucks because of the poor service.

The girl at the window who took my order, I really wish I got her name but she has curly hair and helped me with my order definitely needs recognition. Her services was everything . What she recommended for my feta wrap and iced coffee was perfect. I will be coming to this location more often just because she made my day ?Vegetarian options: The feta and eggs wrap with the avacado spread was so good. There’s no meat which was perfect for me .

Starbucks in Lawrence Shopping Center is honestly worse than an inconsistent Dunkin Donuts. Croissants are consistently limp even when warmed up, I order a basic iced coffee and it's always different and messy most of the times. Last week it was missing the espresso shot which showed because it's supposed to be a iced macchiato. ? When ordering a cake pop I've gotten a chocolate croissant several times. If you have a toddler you know that's not going to work. The service is awful when going back and showing my order I got "oh what's wrong with it" it's not my order, "Well what's wrong with it" guess no one can read?? There are only 3 solid workers there who always ensure the right stuff is going out. When mentioning I've had several issues within the past two weeks (I go everyday) I was told rudely by the girl next to the guy in the window "oh we will see you tomorrow, bye" nope done I'd rather take my chances at a Dunkin or make my stuff at home. Like I said I go every day spending $10-$15 per day. Not anymore. Don't waste your time.
