After reading the other reviews, I’m glad I’m not the only one who consistently had issues at this location. Drinks are always off in the morning so I started going in the afternoon, then I just started doing water completely assuming they can not mess up food but that also became an issue… the positive is: the staff is very nice!! Lisa always makes sure I’m ok and she actually remembers my face at times. That’s greatly appreciated when Starbucks probably has hundreds...
I usually love coming here for my drink and have never had an issue before. However, during my visit on November 19, 2024, I encountered a small problem. The staff member at the drive-through with short red dreads was a bit rude. I understand we all have off days, so I tried to overlook it.
