Order your food as a platter. Not a 'sandwich.' Trust me on that. My falafel 'sandwich' was ok. Would have been better knife and fork style. I'd eat at this place on a road trip but there's a better falafel joint locally. So, not gonna be my go to

LAWRENCE TOWNSHIP: The Halal Guys seriously hits the spot! Huge thanks to Yelp New Jersey for hosting an event where guests could enjoy a complimentary platter or sandwich. We visited the Lawrence Township location, conveniently located right off Route 1, and even on a gloomy day, the bold red and yellow design instantly added a burst of energy.

Tasty food with generous portions—you definitely get your money’s worth. The flavors are bold, especially the chicken and gyro, and the white sauce really brings everything together. Plenty of parking, lots of indoor seating, and the place is very clean. Service is quick and efficient, making it a great spot whether you’re dining in or grabbing takeout.
