This place has the best BBQ in the area. The brisket is tender and full of flavor and so are the ribs. The pulled chicken there is also fantastic. Anything I have ever gotten from here has been delicious!
I have been coming here since he started at the farmers market since 2015. Just got back from vacation and picked up a quick lunch and changed it up, to another meat. It was delicious, and that’s when I realized, this guy has been serving a consistently delicious menu since he started and that’s a very hard thing to do.
Perhaps THE best brisket sandwich I’ve ever had. The fat is rendered so beautifully, the bark is out of this world. Cornbread is both dense and moist. I am inspired to dust off my own smoker.
