Terrible terrible service. I walked in stood in line, someone walked in behind me and the girl at the counter asked THEM if they'd like a table. I thought I was in the wrong line or something. Then after that the 2 counter girls stood there and did nothing, said nothing to me until I asked if there was a different line to get a table ? Literally like I was invisible!! Then I asked for a table for 2 NOT a booth. She asked for my number but didn't even tell me they text you I had to ask. Then they rang me my table was ready, a BOOTH. Across from a filthy table she said would take.5 more min. I left. Completely terrible service still hungry as I write this!

From the moment we walked in, Sara made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. She was so professional yet warm, which really set the tone for our visit. The entire experience from start to finish was truly amazing! And Renee wow, she is a 10/10 server. So kind, attentive, and genuinely made us feel cared for the whole time. We couldn’t have asked for better service. We’re so grateful we decided to come here and will definitely be back again! 😍😍

I’ve been a customer for over 30 years. Since the tea room in little silver. Was in Newtown last week (which was awesome). Today in Princeton it was “rookie day” I suppose. The wait was 90 minutes even with the get in line online. But while we sat waiting tables for two with zero reservation we’re sat at tables for four. Zero consistency and the two women at the front had zero line management understanding… or didn’t care. We offered to sit at the bar. Was told no problem, until a solo person walked around the hostess and just took a seat… in the middle. We offered to sit outside “those are reserved”. Since when are seats reserved??? Well we finally got a seat. Us and three other tables sat at the same time in the same section. So the server was overwhelmed - totally not her fault. But still - she got no support. The food came out at different paces. My chicken was nearly raw while my waffles were so overdone - didn’t even eat them. My kids lemon blueberry pancakes were basic and zero syrup. And how about ice for the water. We only asked three people about that. After 30 years… at TTP gotten so big that their roots are no longer the same? Please tell me this was a fluke. I love your place, but Princeton needs to do better. A lot better.

Although staffs were pleasant, the food was subpar. I had pancakes, bacon, potatoes and eggs but the pancakes were bland like it was missing salt, potatoes had a funny flavor no spice. The food quality is cheap and low grade. Will not be there again!
Worst avocado toast of my life. The bread wasn’t toasted and was cold. This is one dish that can use a serious revamp. It came with 2 poached eggs and they were in a tiny bowl instead of on the “toast”. Management- consider using thick crusty sour dough toasted bread.
Unfortunately, this was our last try at this establishment. There was a couple seated next to us; and they were doted upon like family. They are regulars, like we have been and we are always seated across from them. They are always served rapidly treated like kings and queens, we are always frankly treated gruffly. Every time I go in I order an iced coffee beverage which the server never bothers to make, and I sit around and watch my father drink his coffee for twenty minutes. Then our food finally comes out around the same time as my coffee. Potatoes undercooked and sort of lunged at me with the hot plate hanging off the table. The waiters seemed concerned with chatting and doing chores rather than waiting on the three tables total. Im over this place. Overpriced, food just so-so and no good service. As a former catering fine dining server, and a former diner waitress I am shocked. And where was management, the little guy who usually ignores us? Gone fishing, I suppose. Skip this place. It’s not going to work unless you are the elderly couple who sits across from the booth in the middle. They are apparently Turning Point royalty. All else shall try and fail at a decent table there.

This restaurant used to be good for delivery drivers but apparently my previous experience with them was not good. The time I came to pick up the food the food was not even started. The customers that want their food delivered is a premium price for their service. I hope management takes that under consideration don't keep the drivers hanging for a long period of time.
