The staff is extremely unprofessional here. We reached the store at 7.53 PM just to pick up the ice cream, but in front of us the employee closed the door and lights, despite the open sign. When we knocked, she didn’t even acknowledge our presence - she simply went inside till the store timings were officially off. When it was showing open and within the official store timings.

I went to this Baskin-Robbins with my wife hoping to try the new Dubai smoothie and sundae. They didn’t have either available, which is disappointing but understandable. So we ordered a smoothie from the regular menu instead.
After waiting about 10 minutes, someone finally told us that wasn’t available either. At that point we picked yet another smoothie, hoping third time’s the charm.

But they think , they really smart and customers are foolish. Here 2 scoops means other ice cream store's 1 and half.....and also no baskin pink spoon too. They gave restaurant depot cheap spoon. No visit anymore
