AVOID THIS STORE! Don’t ever order cake from this store. They never deliver. We ordered a cake for my kids birthday, and they told me they didn’t make it when I went pick up. What’s worst was that the manager, Heena, only told us that she could refund us, but there was no compensation at all. My son had to have a birthday party without the cake he waited for the whole year! AVOID THIS STORE!
Avoid. I would strongly recommend NOT going to this location. The customer service is horrible. A staff member ruined a preordered $43 ice cream cake , didn’t tell us, got caught, then told me, “not sure what else I’m supposed to do about it”. We had to settle for something else. We wrote about the disappointment to Baskin Robbin’s. The Management/Franchise Owner called me and told me it was essentially my fault for taking a replacement so there is no refund. Was passing through Quaker bridge mall and went to this Dunkin . Nice location .. parking was ok.. few other shops in the same complex . They also had baskin Robbin's inside the Dunkin. They had ice cream cakes and other shakes .. Service was slow .. billing was also slow . Took sometime to get our coffee and hash browns . Coffee was ok.. very watery and tasted average . Hashbrowns were good .. overall an average experience... .
