“My daughters and I went there because we were having a rough day and wanted to just get out of the house and what a great experience we had .Our waiter Reise was super funny, had such great positive energy that transmitted to us. Our food came out fast and tasted great ! We left out of there smiling and happy with the food and service. As a business owner myself I understand the importance of having great customer service , giving the customer something beyond a service is anlso anbout the experience they receive and Reise def had that down ! My 12 year old said wow mom he is the best waiter we ever had and we eat out a lot and have had some pretty bad services before.. “We were in town last night for a sports tournament and stumbled upon the Firkin Tavern. With four kids and four adults, we weren’t sure what to expect, especially since the tavern was pretty busy with only one server. At first, we were a little concerned it might be overwhelming, but Mike, our waiter, quickly proved us wrong. He was absolutely amazing! Despite the crowd, he handled everything seamlessly and was extremely attentive. The food also exceeded our expectations, it wasn’t just typical bar food.. everything was delicious and really impressed us. If we’re ever in the area again for a tournament, we’ll definitely be back!“

“Today was I was having a nostalgic moment and I was craving 5 guys. After a great Sunday workout I had a great cheat meal at 5 guys.

Boooy they did not disappoint ! I haven’t been here in months and Destiny and the crew took care of me.

I had 2 burgers with 3 patties each with no cheese , no Fries’s.

On each burger I had Mushrooms , jalapeño peppers , grilled onions , grilled green peppers.

It taste so fresh so juicy even without sauce.

Destiny was kind and enthusiastic from the time I ordered to when I receive it . She also made sure all communication about my order was done efficiently and make sure no cheese on my burgers and helped speed the process of me receiving my order.

With several delays she kick butt on serving, bar tending, bar backing, running, and POS all alone lole a 1 person army of badasstery. This women is straight up amazing. I really cannot express how well she handled a literal boat load of customers single handedly. In most places with the situation of delays I've seen, would've folded 10 times over. But Stacey was FN amazing. She was superhuman and honestly if you see her please take care of her. Seriously no way of judging her as a mear mortal.
