Decided to go based off friends’ recommendation. We arrived early for dinner and did not have a reservation. Luckily it was right before what looked to be a busy evening (the restaurant filled up with larger groups as we were leaving). We ordered the mirchi pakora ( battered jalapeños filled with cheese). They were good but a lot for two people. Also they do still have the seeds in them, so it does make the jalepenos hotter) Next time we want to try something different. We also chose the bread sampler which had naan, onion kulcha, roti and puri. The onion kulcha was delicious, we may order that and a garlic naan (our typical bread choice). The puri was fun since it arrived at the table fully puffed up. For our entrées we tried two new items we never had before: shahi paneer bhurji (gravy version , a cheese/pea vegetarian option) & hariyali chicken (green chili creamy sauce). both dishes were delicious & we were both happy to have been adventurous with the choices (outside of our typical chicken korma, saagwala chicken). I would recommend. I was happy to see that there were options for folks who may not be keen on Indian food. They do have chicken fingers & fried shrimp.

Kid-friendliness: They offer chicken fingers and fried shrimp options

My wife and I enjoyed a sweet valentines day dinner at Palace of Asia. I have eaten at most indian restaurants in the area, and this is one of my favorites. The food is tasty, the service is good, and ambiance is elegant. Our server (Banti) was excellent and the general feel was a place with a focus on great service, food and atmosphere.

I ordered chicken briyani, garlic naan, and chicken korma. The briyani did not taste like authentic briyani at all…it was bland. The chicken korma had the same issue…it did not taste the way chicken korma is supposed to taste. The naan bread was good but besides that, I wasn’t impressed. Also, considering they charge $19 for one order of “briyani” and another $19 for the “korma”, you’d think they’d give decent portion sizes of food…unfortunately, they did not do that either. The korma came in a relatively small container as did the briyani.

Looking for fantastic Indian cuisine? Palace of Asia is a must have! We started with the chicken samosas and they were perfectly fried and delicious. Not pictured because we ate them so quickly!! Next, we had the shuhi kulcha with chicken. These were fantastic. Light and full of flavor. We finished the meal with our favorite - chicken tikka masala. This dish is served with rice. I love the seasoning in the creamy tomato sauce - spicy, but not overly hot. I always order a side of naan bread to dip in the sauce. The atmosphere is elegant and the service is great too.

Bad experience with Rani's behavior. This working lady shouts a lot and doesn't give respect to customers. This lady don't know how to treat customers, worst attitude and careless. I thought of throwing my order there itself. I will never ever visit this place.

It really doesn't get better than Palace of Asia for delicious Indian cuisine. The menu is huge and they have beef dishes, which are a personal favorite of mine. The dining room is welcoming and the hostess stopped by to chat. So great!

I've been coming here since they had the big place in Lawrence Square Village. One of my absolute favorite Indian restaurants. Everything is perfectly spiced and prepared with care. Great place to bring your vegetarian friends.

I ordered chicken biryani. Sorry to say this, But it is not biryani. It tasted like roadside chicken rice. It can be anything but biryani. The rice has no biryani spice flavor. The pieces were not well cooked. I am very disappointed that I spent 20$ to eat undercooked chicken rice with no flavor and spice.
