Just got the BEST Italian food at Galasso's In Lebanon NJ. OMG the bruschetta just melted in our mouths! Lasagna was better than my mother's(sorry Mom). The baked ziti with eggplant was incredible & enough for 2. The sauces on both entrees were ummm, also better than Moms. And Mom was an amazing Italian cook. So glad I found them, their old location burned to the ground when a propane truck crashed into their building. I ordered a Brooklyn pie and enjoyed two slices before taking the rest home to surprise the family. This new location is a quick on and off of I-78 and well worth the pit stop. Nice to see them again after a 4 year hiatus.
