Food is delicious. Desserts amazing. Even fun for kids- there are big windows where they can watch the dessert magic happen. Service is not fast so be prepared to be patient, especially during high volume times. Waitstaff are kind, friendly and helpful.

This was my first time ordering a cake from Sweet Melissa and it definitely won’t be my last. I ordered a 12-inch round cake for my granddaughter’s christening, and it was absolutely beautiful. Not only was it decorated perfectly, but it was also the most delicious cake we’ve ever had. The cake itself was incredibly moist, and the buttercream frosting with the raspberry buttercream filling was simply amazing. Everyone raved about it! Thank you again Melissa and staff for making our special day even sweeter.

Inside, it was just as impressive. The vanilla buttermilk cake was incredibly moist with a light, subtle tang that kept it from being overly sweet or heavy. The cream cheese filling added a smooth richness and slight bite that balanced perfectly with the layers, while the caramel buttercream brought everything together with a warm, buttery depth that elevated the entire flavor profile.
What really says it all is the reaction from guests—every single person had a piece, and people weren’t just saying it was delicious, they were genuinely asking where it was from and talking about it long after. Came for Mothers Day. Food was decent and the service wasn’t so great. We saw our server maybe twice. And our one entree didn’t come out until half way through everyone else. For a party of 4 adults and one toddler they automatically added a 20%gratuity (which is also not mentioned anywhere on the menu and was never verbalized to us) which is a pretty far reach from what we wanted to leave considering our experience. Pretty disappointing.

I had avocado toast with poached eggs on it, but the eggs weren't runny enough to my liking. My friend had the best french toast ever. The raspberry sauce and the generous amount of blueberry on it was great. The next day we went back for some breakfast pastry and ended up getting creme brulee croissant which i thought was out of this world.
