Extremely rude owner and terrible bagels. Do not go here. Roxbury Bagels and Alfa bagels are much better food and owners and staff are much nicer.
Terrible experience. Came on here to see if anyone else had similar experiences and seems they have and all tied to one cantankerous individual. Not real sure why customers keep coming back.
Horrible customer service…. Blown it off a few times but today I just walked out!!!!
Walk in to hear the female owner telling one of the workers …. If anyone asks you do you have any bagels in the back, tell them that’s a stupid friggin question, we only have what’s out. People think we hide bagels!
