Customer service at this store is very poor. When arriving at the drive through intercome no one acknowledges the guest. The customer waits, gives them time, don’t acknowledge the customer at all. Half of the time there’s no hashbrowns or Donuts . 😂 how can a place that sells Donuts, not have Donuts. Had a wonderful experience at Dunkin’ today! The person who took and prepared our order was incredibly friendly, attentive, and efficient. Their positive attitude truly stood out and made our visit feel welcoming. Exceptional service like this makes all the difference — thank you for such a pleasant experience!
When Kahn is at the drive through window, he knows my order: 2 Boston cream donuts. He greets me with the most genuine smile, as if we were close friends. He always asks how my morning is, not just out of habit, but it seems like he really cares about his customers. Not many employees at other places appear to care, but Kahn seems to genuinely enjoy his job. How refreshing! I look forward to our next interaction. It starts my day on a good note. Thanks, Kahn!
